Jowita Penkala

My life has been a journey full of surprises, not always good ones. Despite very fragile health in my childhood that brought all kinds of everyday challenges affecting my confidence and self-image, I promised myself that I would achieve great things in life. My father, one of the greatest Watchmakers in Eastern Europe, wanted me and my older brother to continue the family’s three-century old tradition and follow in his footsteps, as the fourth generation to head up the Rodask watchmaking dynasty. However, I decided to take my career in a completely different direction and independently build my own ‘success’ from scratch.

With a Masters degree in Marketing & Management, I left my birthplace in Poland to work in the USA and then the UK, where I eventually settled and built a successful marketing and personal branding company. Even though I had achieved most of my initial goals by then, I recognised that something was missing in my life. Ironically, only after my father had died, did I realise that I was ready to join the family business and make sure my father’s legacy was not only kept alive, but recognised around the world. Since then, the strong desire for further personal growth has pushed me to keep studying the anatomy of what makes some already successful people both personally fulfilled, socially recognized and well-respected.

Today, I help driven individuals accomplish even greater levels of personal excellence and mastery in every aspect of their lives, so that they can achieve their dream goals and rejoice in the quality of live never previously experienced, where peace of mind, true happiness and fulfilment is abundantly present.
